Members of the Alliance syndicale de la construction – the industry’s five unions – voted in favor of the agreements reached in the Institutional-Commercial, Industrial as well as Civil engineering and roads sectors. These sectors account for some 80% of hours reported in the construction industry. The votes cast among the members of each union confirm the sectoral agreements reached with the Association de la construction du Québec (ACQ) on March 5, and with the Association des constructeurs de routes et grands travaux du Québec (ACRGTQ) on March 12.
Workers in these 3 sectors will receive their increases as of April 27, 2025.
