A job in construction with no training or diploma? Yes, it’s possible!
How can you work in construction if you don’t have a diploma or any experience?
You’ve got a lot of heart but you’re short on credentials. The construction industry lets you log experience on the ground without having to go to school, as long as you’ve completed your job site health and safety course!
Getting a construction job with no training or experience is possible! You can join the construction industry without a diploma to help fill a labour shortage in a trade or occupation. To do that, you do have to wait for the labour pools to open.
The CSD Construction team takes care of monitoring the labour shortage situation for the trade you’re interested in. Stay alert! The pools could open at any time. That means it’s crucial that you have your file prepared and be ready to act fast.
