During a labour dispute, employers can call in scabs or strikebreakers to replace employees who are striking or locked out. That undermines construction workers’ right to strike. We’re asking that anti-strikebreaker provisions be included in Bill R-20 so that your demands carry the same weight as those of other union employees.
