The CCQ just released the results of a survey it conducted on discrimination, bullying and harassment in the construction industry.
The results are extremely worrying, with more than 6 people out of 10 having been subjected to such behaviours. Moreover, visible minorities, women, Indigenous people and immigrants are among those most affected.

Survey results show that what constitutes discrimination, bullying and harassment is still unclear for many people. These behaviours are seen as normal and simply part of the industry’s culture.
