Planning a trip south during the winter construction holidays? Don\u2019t forget to check if your trip is covered by M\u00c9DIC Construction.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some M\u00c9DIC insurance plans cover medical emergencies abroad (certain medical, hospital and related expenses can be reimbursed). Read your plan\u2019s Bulletin M\u00c9DIC Construction to find out if you are eligible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You should also read the travel advisories that apply for your destination on the Government of Canada website<\/strong><\/a>.<\/strong> It is a good idea to check both while planning your trip and just before leaving as safety conditions may have changed between booking and departure dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program does not cover you <\/strong>if you visit a destination that lists a warning to \u201cavoid all travel\u201d or \u201cavoid non-essential travel.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
