The CCQ just released the results of a survey it conducted on discrimination, bullying and harassment in the construction industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The results are extremely worrying, with more than 6 people out of 10<\/strong> having been subjected to such behaviours. Moreover, visible minorities, women, Indigenous people and immigrants are among those most affected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PROBLEMATIC SITUATIONS THAT ARE CONSIDERED NORMAL: THINGS HAVE TO CHANGE!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Survey results show that what constitutes discrimination, bullying and harassment is still unclear for many people. These behaviours are seen as normal and simply part of the industry\u2019s culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
