Health professionals are on call 24\/7 to listen to you and point you toward the best resource for your situation. All calls are free and confidential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can reach the frontline Construire en sant\u00e9 service by calling <a href=\"tel:18008072433\">1-800-807-2433<\/a>. Here are some services they offer you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Psychological (mental health) support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support for people with chronic diseases such as diabetes or high blood pressure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support for adopting a healthy lifestyle: weight loss, stress management, sleep help, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Treatment for addictions including smoking, alcoholism, drug additions and compulsive gambling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Occupational therapy and remedial education services for your children<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Need help? Keep an eye out, they&#8217;re definitely among you! They all wear an Interm\u00e9diaires sticker on their helmet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;re struggling with gambling, drugs major depression or even violent behaviour, the first step toward healing is acknowledging the problem and asking for help. The Interm\u00e9diares are discreet, caring and they&#8217;re there to listen.
