You deserve it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Standing up for your right to back pay<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>While employers&#8217; associations are negotiating pay rates for construction trades and jobs, workers are losing money. Most employees in Quebec have the right to back pay for raises. Why shouldn&#8217;t you have the same thing?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Standing up for your right to strike.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>During a labour dispute, employers can call in scabs or strikebreakers to replace employees who are striking or locked out. That undermines construction workers&#8217; right to strike.
