Lineman

It is an occupation with a diploma and not a trade. As such, there is no qualification exam to access this job title.

Linemen and linewomen work at height in electricity pylons, sometimes in intense climatic conditions: they are not shy! At all costs, the installation or repair of transmission, distribution or electrical energy transformation lines must be completed. They may work on overhead or underground lines, erect structures, lay, repair and maintain a network of cables.
