This spring, it’s finally time for construction workers to negotiate their collective agreements. Our industry is the engine that powers Quebec’s economy, and we’re ready to fight to ensure that our working conditions finally reflect that!
Have your say! This fall, attend one of our general assemblies to influence the union’s choice of demands. Our priorities include wage and bonus increases, work-life balance initiatives, improved scheduling and greater job security.
It’s time to mobilize!
This bargaining process will define your salary and working conditions for the next four years. This is your chance to make your voice heard! Attend the general assembly nearest you (or your work site). Your advisors and regional representatives will be on hand to welcome you and answer all your questions.
